  • How Much Do Services Cost?

    Individual counseling and coaching services are $150 USD per 45 to 50 minutes session. The first two sessions, which are considered intake sessions, are $175 and are 60 minutes. Fees are due at the time of service.

    Workshop and speaker rates vary. Schedule a consultation or send me a message so I can identify how I may support you and your organization.

  • Do You Take Insurance?

    Search for me on Sondermind if you want to utilize insurance (MD clients only).

    Otherwise, I do not accept insurance directly. If you are a MD resident and would like reimbursement for sessions you have paid for out of pocket, contact your insurance provider to see if you have “Out-of-network” or “OON” benefits. We can provide you with a super-bill so you can be reimbursed.

  • What should I expect?

    At our first session, we will identify your immediate and long-term goals, areas you are struggling in mentally and emotionally, and collect general background information so I can get a better idea of who you are.

    From there, through talking and reflecting, I will help you identify next steps based on your unique goals. Expect to be LOVINGLY stretched to dig deeper.

  • How Do I Get Started?

    You will first schedule a free 15-minute pre-consultation with me so we can determine if we are a good fit. After, you can then schedule your sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis according to your needs and schedule.

  • Do you offer virtual or in-person services?

    I live as a global expat (I am currently in Mexico!) so all sessions are fully virtual. Whenever I am in a client’s city however, I try my best to arrange in person opportunities to meet!

  • Coaching or Counseling, What's The Difference?

    According to the Mindset Coach Academy, coaches “work with his or her clients to uncover the beliefs, blocks, behaviors, habits and patterns of thinking that prevent them from living the life they desire”.

    As a therapist, I help with this anyway 🤣. However, as a coach, if you are dealing with more acute mental health concerns, I may refer you to a therapist if needed. Learn more about the differences HERE.
