Individual COACHING sessions are $150 per 45 to 50-minute session. (The first two intake sessions are $175 per 60 minute session) **Individual coaching is available to anyone regardless of where you reside.

Unfortunately, do not accept medical insurances and only offer out-of-pocket direct pay for mental health counseling services.

However, if you do have insurance, you may be eligible to be reimbursed for the sessions you pay for out-of-pocket.

You can find out by contacting your insurance provider and checking to see if you have an “Out-of-network” or “OON” benefit on your insurance plan.

If you do, I can provide a “superbill” to you after sessions, which can be given to your insurance provider so they may provide reimbursement directly.

Please note that OON insurance CAN NOT be used to pay for coaching sessions and will not be reimbursed by most insurance companies.
